When you have made your appointment to meet with a company representative for the job interview process, we hope you will bring with you all the appropriate documents and forms to expidite the hiring process.
Required forms are the Employment Application, the W-4 and if this is your first time working for Shore to Sea Services LLC we need a Form I-9. We are required to examine original documents specified by the I-9, and keep copies of those documents. Usually our employees bring with them and provide a copy of thier current drivers license and social security card, although other documents are acceptable as noted on the form instructions.
In states with income tax, you may want to print and fill out the appropriate state income tax form as well.
All staff members are asked to sign up for direct deposit for thier paychecks unless unusual circumstances prevent this. Direct deposit allows you access to your paycheck on pay day without having to wait for the mail. You will need to bring with you a void check if you want direct deposit into your checking account. If you want your paycheck deposited into your savings account, you must get a statement from your bank listing the bank name, routing number and your savings account number. We can not deposit into your savings account from a deposit ticket copy.
